Final Task: The Catch

Here we have the project that everything’s been building towards the whole year, our movie. This is our final project and is a two minute intro to a movie. The main premise is this man getting ordered to kill someone, his pulling through with it and then he notices someone saw him, will he catch the potential snitch or will he caught and put away? Hence the name The Catch. My group and I used all our prior experience in our previous projects to complete this. With the basics of filming from the commercial to the more advanced editing and time increases from the music video it prepared us for this. We made our schedules and filmed everything in back to back to back days. I was once again the main actor and the editing for this final task was incredibly enjoyable. We edited to the best of our abilities and had to incorporate titles. Sadly we weren’t able to reshoot due to Covid-19 but this is what I believe to be our best effort. Hopefully you enjoy the piece of work we were able to make!
